Making gestural marks: I made about twenty small drawings using ink, charcoal, pens, pencil, pastel and graphite. Selected nine which I felt worked best and made a screen of the multiple images. Using heavy 300gsm paper and basic cartridge with chromatic grey printing inks.

This has provided me with a record of which marks translate well to this process. I made a book to record the various outcomes which will provide me with a reference for future print sessions.
